Now, one Genshin Impact fan combines the open-world RPG’s characters with the distinctive art style of the indie hit OMORI. OMORI was heavily inspired by Earthbound, another cult hit with a psychedelic art design and some staggeringly dark moments....

Ever since the shift to the seasonal model, Bungie has been making constant improvements to Destiny 2 as well as the way seasonal content and story bits are delivered. Destiny 2 has rather diverse gameplay, with players being able to use several abilities and Supers, class-exclusive Exotic items, and lots of different weapon archetypes. Because the game is at its core a looter shooter, Destiny 2 players often use some stronger weapons over others due to the state of the sandbox, and fusion rifles finally got their due with Season of the Lost. Fusion and linear fusion rifles have never been super popular, but Season of the Lost made most of them inherently better with targeted buffs, and it also came with one of the game’s most powerful artifact mods ever: Particle Deconstruction....

Once upon a time, the Destiny 2 meta was dominated by a single incredibly powerful weapon. Alright, so that’s actually happened multiple times in Destiny 2 history with multiple different weapons, but in this case, the subject is the Whisper of the Worm sniper rifle. Introduced in 2018, Whisper of the Worm was briefly the game’s most powerful weapon, and remained useful well into 2019. Nerfs ultimately ended its widespread use, but now Bungie is turning the corner....

Today, Paris and Montréal-based game developer Quantic Dream announced that Detroit: Become Human, its most recent adventure game, has surpassed the milestone of eight million units sold (excluding copies obtained through subscription services). As you’ll remember, the game was originally released on PlayStation 4 in May 2018 before debuting on PC in December 2019 as part of Quantic Dream’s multiplatform push. According to the press release, Detroit: Become Human sold over two and a half million units on PC, which means it sold less than five and a half million units on PlayStation....

Diablo II Resurrected will launch globally later this year on September 23rd, Activision Blizzard has confirmed. The remaster received a new trailer during Microsoft’s 2021 E3 Xbox event and we now have an actual release date. In response to Russia’s “unrelenting and illegal aggression” against Ukraine, Australia has banned the sale of alumina and aluminium ores to the country. On Sunday, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison said that Australia would provide coal and more military equipment to Ukraine as part of a new aid package that also includes $30 million in emergency humanitarian help. “Russia must pay a hefty price for its ruthlessness. “It has to pay that price economically, and it has to pay that price diplomatically as well,” Morrison said....

Elon Musk’s Starlink satellite internet service is coming to India and interested people can now pre-book their connection. SpaceX, n aerospace company that operates the Starlink service was founded by Musk, who also owns US-based Tesla, Inc. The announcement was made days after Tesla debuts in India with its electric vehicles which were confirmed in December 2019. They are soon going to build a factory to commence the manufacturing process. An office is however set up in Bangalore....
