Daybreak’s Rogue Planet Games is releasing a big PlanetSide 2 update today on PC called Expedition: Oshur. At last, the long-anticipated water-based continent is being added to the free-to-play MMOFPS, adding entirely new mechanics to the nine-year-old game. Here’s a lowdown on what PlanetSide 2 players can expect from Expedition: Oshur. We had the chance to briefly talk about Expedition: Oshur with Rogue Planet Games producer Michael Henderson. Fallout 76 private servers will soon be much more customizable thanks to Fallout Worlds. This new system will let Fallout 1st subscribers tweak a great number of variables to craft their own Fallout 76 experiences. Fallout Worlds will be divided into Custom Worlds and Public Worlds. The former will be available to Fallout 1st subscribers, though they’ll be able to invite non-subscribers to join their custom servers. The latter, on the other hand, will be open to everyone; these will be limited-time, custom experiences handcrafted by Bethesda itself....

Hironobu Sakaguchi is best known as the creator of the Final Fantasy franchise with what is now Square Enix, but since the mid-2000s, he has been creating new IP with his own studio, Mistwalker. Since its inception, Mistwalker has delivered a number of old-school JRPG experiences, ranging from traditional titles like Blue Dragon to mobile games like Terra Battle, with varying degrees of success. An upcoming mobile RPG developed by Kabam, Disney Mirrorverse released a brand-new trailer today.
