The first F1 game since EA acquired Codemasters earlier this year, F1 2021 is slated to hit PC and consoles next month, bringing several new features to the annual motorsport franchise. It will introduce a co-operative online career mode, the ability for players to hop into an ongoing Formula 1 season using the Real Season Start feature, and a brand new story-focused campaign known as Braking Point. The latter was a significant part of F1 2021’s initial reveal back in April, with Codemasters and EA teasing that it’ll follow an up-and-coming racer’s rise through the ranks of Formula 1, allowing players to tackle the rivalries and dramas that arise along the way....

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is a super casual and fun battle royale game that is heavily inspired by the famous TV show, Takeshi’s Castle. Launched in August of 2020, the game is developed by Mediatonic and published by Devolver Digital. But unlike other battle royales that mostly revolve around shooting, Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout consists of various challenging stages that players need to complete if they want to win the game....

Ubisoft’s upcoming Far Cry 6 is showing a lot of promise, and is certainly one of the most anticipated games releasing this year. Far Cry 6 seems to be heading in an interesting direction, seamlessly stitching a new narrative twist alongside the sandbox elements that made the series popular in the first place. There’s also the fact that the game sports a star cast of Better Call Saul actor Giancarlo Esposito, playing Anton Castillo, leading many to believe that he might be the star of the show like the many Far Cry villains before him....

Newcomers to Bungie’s Destiny 2 might simply think of it as a typical sci-fi shooter with a “generic” space premise and RPG elements. Despite the success of Destiny 2, which is likely due to an abundance of content for new players and constant additions for veterans, players have complained that a certain area needs more attention. A great time to do it would probably be the launch of The Witch Queen expansion in February 2022, with the area needing improvement the most being related to PVP and Gambit because of the former’s lack of new maps and the latter becoming more of a chore than something fun....

Another week, and more information arrives regarding the rapidly approaching Witch Queen expansion for Destiny 2. This week’s update dealt with the influx of blue engrams and how the studio plans to deal with them to help keep space clear in player inventories as well as the Postmaster. In addition, Bungie is revamping additional Tower vendors and removing some resources/currencies from the game to help reduce the glut already present inside of the game....
