You can access Facebook through browsers and dedicated apps. However, it seems that there is currently a bug in the mobile app.

According to multiple reports, the Facebook app is currently not displaying or loading the ‘People who reacted’ list on any posts.

Facebook app users unable to see list of reactions

On Facebook, you can interact with posts in different ways. You can reply, leave a like or leave a reaction.

Facebook reactions are different animated emoticons that are used to express different feelings regarding a post. Each post has its list of people who have reacted.

The Facebook ‘People who reacted’ list should show all the people who reacted to a post. This feature is present both on the website and in the app for mobile devices.

But, for a few hours now, Facebook app ‘People who reacted’ list is not populating the names of people who reacted to posts. The list just appears empty (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10).

Issue only present on Facebook app, web version unaffected

It’s worth pointing out that the Facebook web version (for desktop and mobile browsers) hasn’t lost the ‘People who reacted’ list. Currently, only mobile app users are experiencing the issue.

There is no official acknowledgment of the bug from the Facebook team yet. It is also not known if the disappearance of the ‘People who reacted’ list from the Facebook app is an intentional decision.
