It’s difficult not to check the status of Johnny Depp’s and Amber Heard’s trial on the internet. Both tales have aspects that we are only now learning about; the actor has lost a few major jobs as a result of the backlash he has experienced over this specific issue. In a few instances, Amber Heard has performed admirably.
This is a $100 million lawsuit in which Heard intends to walk away with the entire sum if Depp is found guilty of all counts, but Johnny has a number of ways to harm his former partner. The encounters Amber has with two big celebrities are perhaps the most evident evidence in Depp’s favour.
The actor’s attorneys presented the jury footage of the actress having late-night “meetings” with Elon Musk and James Franco.
Both celebrities were supposed to attend the trial and testify, but they are most likely to be absent. Both of these men were proven to have these affairs precisely when Depp was married to Amber Heard, which worked in his favour. To add to the evidence, there are moments in the elevator film where the actress is dressed in only a blanket and has no clothes on. Musk receives physical attention from her, and she does the same with Franco, albeit more subtly. This new information shows that Heard was disloyal to Depp, and most of her charges may be invalidated as a result.
The footage of Heard with Musk and Franco adds to the growing body of evidence that she may be lying about everything in order to win Depp’s trial. Winning this trial would clear the actor’s identity and cast Heard as the story’s villain, according to the actor.
But there are even more damning allegations from Depp against Heard that we are only now learning about.
Despite the fact that the trial is still in its early stages, there is a strong defence to determine whether Amber Heard’s allegations of physical abuse against Depp are real. The actor’s lawyers believe she’s doing it to boost her career, but they haven’t provided any particular evidence to back up their accusations.
“Under VA law there is no way Musk or Franco can be forced to attend proceedings. Neither side can compel them to appear although first listed on Heard’s witness list. They likely won’t show up.”
