Elder Scrolls Online is one of the leading MMORPG games in the industry today. With over 15 million players worldwide and growing, Elder Scrolls Online continues to thrill its players with various entertaining, inspiring, and encouraging features. One of those features is the game’s events.
Events in the Elder Scrolls Online are occurrences with exclusive quests, rewards, and themes, and they happen globally during specific dates. During those dates, players are able to level their character faster, earn impressive rewards and achievements, and enjoy missions cooperatively.
Most of the event missions of the Elder Scrolls Online include rewards gained from slaying World Bosses. These powerful adversaries, which are available in specific quantities around the zone maps, often possess unique abilities and resistances, challenging players and making for an incomparable battle. They are marked with a skull and two crossed swords on the map, letting players know exactly where they are so that they can prepare for a tough fight - though one player recently encountered a shockingly easy World Boss battle.
In the video posted by @alcasthq on Instagram, the powerful Wraith-of-Crows World Boss in Exarchs’ Egress, Clockwork City - who has roughly three million health - is slain in around three seconds during the current event. One might say that this is a good example of the Elder Scrolls Online community being stronger together.
These powerful enemies were built specifically for a group to form and battle them; even though there are some players who are able to defeat them independently, the World Bosses’ health usually goes above millions (with most of the players’ damage-per-second being around 40 thousand). As such, players use a global chat to seek out other players and their ESO companions for a joint battle with these fearsome foes.
During events such as the Daedric War Celebration Event, which is live until February 1, it seems almost effortless to locate a group and battle World Bosses since it is in the players’ best interests to locate these foes during the in-game events and slay them for the exclusive rewards. Therefore, at specific World Boss locations, the Elder Scrolls Online players shall usually see an overflow of other players waiting for the enemy to respawn. With so many players, it only takes a minute or two, if not less, for the World Boss to be slain once it spawns.
Even though the players who acquire the best builds for their ESO characters ca slay some World Bosses independently, it is always a joy to gather fellow adventurers and battle enemies through the maps of the Elder Scrolls Online.
The Elder Scrolls Online is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
