Cherry Seaborn, Ed Sheeran’s wife, has given birth to their second baby girl, according to the singer.
The 31-year-old singer-songwriter, who lives near Framlingham in Suffolk, shared the news on Instagram and expressed his delight at becoming a family of four.
“Want to let you all know we’ve had another beautiful baby girl.”
“We are both so in love with her,” Sheeran captioned a photo of baby socks.
Sheeran, who is very guarded about his personal life, revealed that the pair married in 2019 but gave no other details.
Lyra Antarctica Seaborn Sheeran, their first child, was born in August 2020.
The news will come as a great shock to fans, as the Shivers singer and his wife had not previously disclosed their plans to start a family.
Ed and Cherry had been best friends since childhood. They rediscovered their relationship in 2014 and married five years later in a simple ceremony.
