There are some video games that are rarely affected by bugs, and then there is FIFA 22. Ever since its launch on October 1 this year, it has managed to stay in the spotlight for all sorts of reasons.

While players and critiques have appreciated the much-needed graphical upgrade on next-gen consoles, the game has had a rough start with many technical bugs and glitches popping up every now and then.

That being said, those who bought the FIFA 22 Loyalty Edition are now reporting that they still haven’t received the 4600 FIFA points as promised.

FIFA points are the video game’s in-game currency and allow players to buy packs that ultimately help build you your dream team or enter the FUT Draft.

It is interesting to note that this is not the first time FIFA 22 players have complained about missing rewards. Previously, some said they were unable to claim the Prime gaming pack while others complained about the Ones-to-Watch pre-order pack not giving OTW players.

When players asked EA about the issue on their official forum, a community manager said there was no FIFA 22 Loyal Edition. Many were confused and angry with EA’s response and said they had bought the very same version.

However, EA later acknowledged that the FIFA 22 Loyalty Edition did exist and offered players 4600 FIFA points. EA Help says the issue is currently under investigation with no ETA on when it will be fixed.

We hope EA resolves the FIFA 22 missing points issue since players have been waiting to spend those for quite a while now. When they do, we will update this space so keep an eye out.
