Just in case you’re trying to get your head around why Doordash isn’t working for you, find solace in the fact that you aren’t the only one facing issues with the app in the past hour or so.
A quick look at micro-blogging site Twitter conveys there are many others affected by the same issue. As per reports, while some say the app keeps crashing, others say that it does not let them sign in.
For a quick glance, here’s how some of the complainants word the problem:

Most reports indicate that users are facing issues with the Doordash Dasher application as they aren’t able to fulfill orders.
Luckily, it seems that Doordash is aware of the problem and the app now displays a message saying “We’re currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later.”

Update 1 (December 16)
11:32 pm (IST): It appears that some users are still facing issues with the Doordash application after a widespread outage earlier today. Fresh reports on Twitter indicate that the app is now down once again.
Hours ago the company’s support team confirmed that the earlier outage was resolved.
However, there’s no fresh acknowledgment for the current outage with the app again.
Update 2 (February 16)
09:35 am (IST): Many users took to Twitter (1, 2) to report that the Doordash app is down or not working for them. Users say that the app is not allowing them to sign in and is stuck on loading screen.
There isn’t any acknowledgment yet on this matter and we will report back as and when anything new comes up, stay tuned.
Update 3 (February 17)
07:11 pm (IST): It appears that the issue with the Doordash app is now resolved as the reports on Downdetector show no current problems with the service.

08:45 am (IST): Doordash is currently down and not working for users for the past couple of hours. The company acknowledged the problem and a fix is in the works.
