Released in 2019, Division 2 is one of the first few online-only games that was developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. It is set in the aftermath of a genetically engineered virus that takes over Washington D.C.

Players have praised the game for its improved visuals and storyline with the game selling over 10 million copies worldwide.

But in the last few days, players have been complaining about issues such as the game crashing and freezing after the recent update and some getting banned when launching the game for the first time.

Adding to the trouble, Division 2 players are now saying they are not receiving Twitch drops. In case you didn’t know, players could collect two Specialized Apparel Cache keys by simply watching a live stream on Twitch for 90 minutes.

But many are frustrated since they did not get their reward even after watching the live stream as instructed (1,2,3,4,5). Below are some reports from Division 2 players who did not receive their Twitch drop.

Thankfully, Ubisoft Support has acknowledged the issue and said the developers are aware of the fact that some Division 2 players are not receiving Twitch drops. They said the problem will be fixed in the next scheduled client maintenance coming next week.

As always, we will be keeping tabs on the matter and let you know as and when we come across new information so make sure you keep checking this space.
