Disney Dreamlight Valley by Gameloft is a life-sim adventure game where players can embark on quests for various Disney and Pixar characters and explore the beautiful world.
Despite the positive feedback from its player base, the game is nevertheless vulnerable to normal glitches and problems.
The first ever patch for Disney Dreamlight Valley was recently released and many were expecting improvements.
Even though the update addressed many major issues, the fix for the Star Path rewards bug was nowhere in sight.
Disney Dreamlight Valley Pixar Fest Star Path items/rewards unredeemable
Many players (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10) have been reporting an issue where they are unable to redeem rewards after completing the Pixar Fest Star Path.
A typical Star Path event lets players unlock a variety of items, rewards and motifs. However, such transactions are not going through for many at the moment.
Every time someone proceeds to redeem their rewards, ‘The requested transaction could not be completed’ message appears.
Owing to this issue, players find themselves unable to unlock various items despite having enough moonstones and currency.
Affected players have even tried closing and restarting the game numerous times but to no avail.
Official acknowledgment
You’ll be delighted to know that the developers have acknowledged the issue where Disney Dreamlight Valley Pixar Fest Star Path items/rewards are unredeemable for players.
