Discord is an instant messaging platform that offers free VoIP, text, and video chat services for gamers. It is constantly updated with new features that keep users’ experience fresh and engaging.

It was also recently announced that Discord will provide Monster Hunter Rise players with exciting rewards if they stream the game in a channel for up to 30 minutes.

However, that is not the case as a large chunk of users are currently struggling to unlock rewards.

Discord users not receiving Monster Hunter Rise rewards

Many (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) are facing an issue where they are unable to claim Monster Hunter Rise rewards even after completing the requirements.

Discord users were supposed to get various rewards such as Layered armored sets for Hunter, Palico, and Palamute if they stream the game for 30 minutes in a channel.

However, even after streaming the gameplay for hours, many are unable to receive rewards and their gift inventory appears empty.

The issue has also left many confused as it is unclear if there are other requirements that need to be fulfilled in order to attain awards.

Fortunately, Discord has addressed the issue where users are not receiving Monster Hunter Rise rewards. They also confirmed that a fix will be rolled out with an upcoming patch.

It seems that there’s no potential workaround that can help fix the issue temporarily.

Since there’s no ETA for the solution, those affected will have to wait for the team to come up with a permanent fix.
