Destiny 2 is an online multiplayer first-person shooter game that has been popular among gamers since its launch in 2017.
The game is set in a mythical world where players take on the role of a Guardian, a protector of humanity, and must battle against various alien races to save humanity.
The game, however, does encounter some bugs and issues like the API not working which we recently highlighted.
One of the most popular missions in the game is Operation: Sancus, which players have been reporting is not updating or progressing for them.
Destiny 2 Operation: Sancus mission not progressing
Some players of the popular online multiplayer game Destiny 2 are reporting (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) that mission ‘Operation: Sancus’ is not updating or progressing for them.
Some players have reported that the bug is similar to the one encountered in Seraph mission and that the workaround provided by support has been effective in resolving the problem.
Agitated users have taken to social media and forums to express their concerns and seek a solution.
Official acknowledgment
Fortunately, the issue has been acknowledged by the game’s support team and is currently under investigation.
The developers also added that to circumvent this issue, players can restart the mission, move slower, and wait for Rasputin to finish speaking before moving into the next area.
Potential workaround
The aforementioned workaround has been confirmed by both the official Bungie Help Twitter account and users on the game’s subreddit.
We hope that with the support team actively investigating the issue, a more permanent solution will be provided soon.
Stay tuned until a solution becomes available as we will update the article with further developments, if any.
