Demon Slayer fans are anticipating a new season for some time now. The recent trailer release of the popular animated series has added fuel to the fire and is drawing assumptions that the new season will hit the screens soon.
However, as of now, the creators have not announced an official release date for the new season. The popular demon series has a massive fan following globally which the series gained in recent years.
Even though the authorities has not fixed a release date, fans do have certain knowledge for the upcoming season and episodes. They are aware that the Season 3 arc is officially called as the “Swordsmith Village” arc. Additionally the trailer presented a glimpse of the villains upcoming in Seson 3.
Reports by critics are speculating the Season 3 to drop sometime around early-to-mid 2023. They have also cited the possibility of the fall debuts streak for Demon Slayer to break with the release of the third season. However, they are also aware that Ufotable, the animation studio responsible for Demon Slayer’s creation can make the impossible happen.
It is believed that Swordsmith Arc will cover chapters 100-127 of the manga.
The Season 3 would feature Tanjiro (Natsuki Hanae), Zenitsu (Hiro Shimono), Inosuke (Yoshitsugu Matsuoka) and Nezuko (Akari Kitou) as part of the season’s cast. Additionally the Mist Hashira Muichiro Tokito and the Love Hashira Mitsuri Kanoji would join them.
